Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may use non-personally identifiable information, such as the number of hits (visits) per page, collected from you and other website users to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics. Similarly, Crescendo Speech Recognition applications may collect voice data in a non-personally identifiable and aggregate manner with no reference to subject information. This is strictly for Speech Learning purposes and may only occur with the express pre-authorization of the client.

The personally identifiable information we receive from you when you use this website is voluntarily submitted by you and may include your name, e-mail address, credit card number (when applicable) and similar types of information. This information may be used by us to provide products and services to you, to enhance your experience at the site, and, if applicable, to enhance your experience as a user of Crescendo products and services. Our e-commerce partner uses secure transaction methods (SSL) when we receive personally identifiable and sensitive financial information, such as credit numbers, via our website. We do not sell or exchange names or other personally identifiable information with mass marketers nor do we partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Some Crescendo applications may request access to information stored on mobile devices such as contacts, microphone data and location. This information is not collected or stored by Crescendo.

Outside Contractors
