provenant des m\u00e9decins, infirmi\u00e8res, consultants, th\u00e9rapeutes, \u00e9tudiants et de toute autre personne qui contribue au suivi du patient \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital. Ces dossiers m\u00e9dicaux \u00e9voluent au fil du temps et d\u00e9taillent l'\u00e9tat clinique du patient pendant son hospitalisation. C'est l'une des notes les plus utilis\u00e9es dans l'h\u00f4pital, donc la num\u00e9risation de ce type de travail permet aux utilisateurs de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de nombreux avantages.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ee8ae9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ee8ae9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La note de progr\u00e8s \u00e9lectronique de Centro permet aux cliniciens autoris\u00e9s de consulter, modifier ou ajouter au dossier de leurs patients 24\/7, menant \u00e0 des flux de travail amelior\u00e9s et \u00e0 une prestation de soins plus efficace. La note de progr\u00e8s peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre consult\u00e9e par plusieurs personnes en m\u00eame temps. Plusieurs signatures peuvent \u00eatre requises sur une note de progr\u00e8s avant qu'elle ne soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme sign\u00e9e \u00e9lectroniquement. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour les h\u00f4pitaux universitaires. L\u2019assemblage des documents peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre d\u00e9fini pour permettre l\u2019ordonnancement des notes par signature, par date de d\u00e9but, par ordre chronologique ou inversement. Mais comment cela fonctionne-t-il dans le monde num\u00e9rique? Dans Centro, si une modification d'une note de progr\u00e8s est n\u00e9cessaire, une entr\u00e9e de correction tardive peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e. Une raison est demand\u00e9e pour expliquer pourquoi la correction tardive est appliqu\u00e9e, comme le mauvais patient, une correction de texte, ou toute autre raison sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e. Les corrections ne peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es que par la personne qui a initialement cr\u00e9\u00e9 la note de progr\u00e8s, car les notes des autres utilisateurs sont verrouill\u00e9es pour modification. Toute note ayant une correction tardive est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la note originale dans l'historique du patient, garantissant que les cliniciens acc\u00e8dent toujours \u00e0 la version la plus
