Interoperability At Its Best
Centro is an information gateway that allows for unifying information making it available to users, regardless of origin.
Eliminate the need to search several different systems to find the required data and increase time spent on patient care.
Centro combines all of the necessary data into simple to use forms and templates and then assembles it all into a structured output.
Automate the capture and management of documents through interfacing to relieve the increased burden of having to manually scan and file a rising number of clinical documents into your EHR.
Crescendo’s Centro distribution can be incorporated into virtually any EHR platform.
EHR Interfacing
Centro complements your EHR by leveraging all of the data as it becomes available. Integrating with almost any EHR system, Centro does the heavy lifting of combining all of the necessary data into simple to use forms and templates and then assembling it all into a structured output. This ensures that filing of the information to the EHR is always in the expected proper format and that it is properly indexed to the correct patient file for long-term viability.
PACS Interfacing
Using an XML file exchange Centro can receive or send all relevant important patient and exam information from the RIS so that reporting will be put into proper context. This eliminates the need for the radiologists to have to manually enter any information, the exam is simply selected from the worklist and the system is ready to go. All of the expected functionality, such as suspend, set priority, complete …etc., remains in sync between the two systems. The reporting worklist can by driven by either the PACS or Centro.
Real-Time Work Lists and Information
Crescendo works with many different scheduling and registration systems to automatically create and update a patient schedule in Centro. By limiting the worklist to only scheduled appointments we ensure patient demographic accuracy and also greatly reduce reporting errors. Interfaces with systems that contain information on results for lab work ordered can also be added into the patient’s report as soon as these become available. Centro can even notify other system of milestones achieved during the patient journey.
EMR/EHR Portal Integration
Using an XML file exchange, Centro can be primed to create new reports directly from the EMR or EHR Portal without the need for the user to manually open any additional applications. Once the report is completed it is immediately available for viewing and distribution within the EMR or EHR Portal system.
Centro's dedicated HL7 module can connect to literally thousands of systems using the HL7 protocol, allowing for communication and exchange among virtually any of your current systems,
Crescendo's vast experience in consolidating vital information allows Centro to provide a unique unified record, giving a complete view of the patient's journey at any point in time.
Designed specifically for Clinicians, Centro eliminates the extra clicks making patient documentation effortless.
Let your EHR run the hospital while Centro takes care of reporting.
Save money by integrating existing data systems rather than replacing them.
Bloated systems that claim to do everything often don't do anything well, connect to the best with Centro.
